In the management of landscape engineering,schedule management occupies a very important position,which not only has a direct impact on the engineering itself,but also has a very close relationship with the engineering quality and construction cost.This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the schedule management and quality management of landscape engineering,and discusses the measures to strengthen the quality management and schedule management of landscape engineering,which can only be used for reference by people in the same industry.
