社会保险基金财务管理水平关系到人民利益、社会稳定与国家发展。在新的发展时期,加强社会保险基金财务管理对人民、社会、国家均有重要意义。论文运用调查法、文献法等对当前影响我国社会保险基金财务管理的不利因素进行分析,并就如何加强社保基金财务管理展开探究论述,希望能为相关工作带来些许帮助。

The level of financial management of social insurance fund is related to the interests of the people,social stability and national development.Strengthening the financial management of social insurance fund in the new period of development is of great significance to the people,society and the state.This paper uses the investigation method,the literature method and so on to analyze the unfavorable factors that affect the financial management of social insurance fund in China at present,and probes into how to strengthen the financial management of social insurance fund,hoping to bring some help to the related work.
