随着我国经济的快速发展,国家对装配式建筑构件生产的成本控制越来越重视。为了进一步提升装配式建筑构件的成本控制水平,需要从装配式建筑构件的各生产环节入手,通过企业内部控制与外部协同控制相结合的方式,分析控制因素,制定成本控制原则和成本控制措施,提出合理化建议,以提高企业的生产成本管理水平。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the country pays more and more attention to the cost control of the production of prefabricated building components.In order to further improve the cost control level of prefabricated building components,it is necessary to start with each production link of prefabricated building components,analyze control factors and formulate cost control principles and cost control measures through the combination of internal control and external collaborative control of the enterprises,put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the production cost management level of the enterprises.
