盆底肌肉电刺激对薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜厚度及血流灌注的改善作用

Effect of Pelvic Floor Muscle Electrical Stimulation on Intima Thickness and Blood Perfusion in Patients with Thin Endometrial Infertility

目的:探讨盆底肌肉电刺激对薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜厚度及血流灌注的改善作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年4月收治的120例薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者作为研究对象,按随机数余数分组法分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=65),对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施盆底肌肉电刺激治疗,对两组卵巢储备功能指标[卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、FSH/LH]、内膜厚度及血流灌注指标[子宫内膜血流阻力指数(RI)、最大血流速度(PSV)和搏动指数(PI)]进行对比。结果:治疗前后两组卵巢储备功能指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组内膜厚度、血流灌注指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各指标均优于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌肉电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症疗效确切,有助于内膜厚度的增加及血流灌注的改善,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation on intima thickness and blood perfusion in patients with thin endometrial infertility.Method:A total of 120 patients with thin endometrial infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=55)and the control group(n=65)according to the random number remainder grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with pelvic muscle electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The ovarian reserve function indexes[follicle estrogen(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),FSH/LH],endometrial thickness and blood perfusion indexes[endometrial resistance index(RI),maximum flow velocity(PSV)and pulse index(PI)]were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in ovarian reserve function indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in intimal thickness and blood perfusion indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes in the observation group were better than those before treatment and those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation is effective in treatment of thin endometrial infertility,which is helpful for improving the intima thickness and blood perfusion of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
