多层螺旋CT对单纯性眼球外伤性白内障的检查和诊断

Examination and Diagnosis of Simple Ocular Traumatic Cataract by Multi Slice Spiral CT

目的:研究多层螺旋CT用于诊断和检查单纯性眼球外伤性白内障的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月本院接收的60例单纯性眼球外伤性白内障患者,所有患者均采用多层螺旋CT检查,总结分析患者的CT表现。结果:60例患者患眼眼球均可见明显的变形或者缩小,眼晶体因时间推移在密度、形态、大小及位置上均出现改变。CT主要表现为:可见晶体密度下降,边界模糊,其密度甚至下降至玻璃体密度或者更低;47例眼球内均可见到小型透过性或者是非透过性的异物残留。结论:多层螺旋CT可以将患者眼球内的透过性或者是非透过性微小异物准确的检查出来,并检测出患者外伤后眼晶体是否完整和密度改变,为患者的后续治疗提供可靠依据,建议临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical value of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and examination of simple traumatic cataract.Method:From January 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with simple ocular traumatic cataract were selected in our hospital.All patients were examined by multi slice spiral CT,and the CT manifestations of patients were summarized and analyzed.Result:The eyeballs of 60 patients were obviously deformed or shrunk,and the density,shape,size and position of the lens were changed with the passage of time.The main CT manifestations:the density of the lens decreased,the boundary was blurred,and the density even decreased to the vitreous density or lower;47 cases of eyeballs could been seen small permeable or non-permeable foreign bodies.Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT can accurately detect the permeable or non-permeable small foreign bodies in the eyeball,and detect the integrity and density change of ocular lens after trauma,which provides reliable basis for the follow-up treatment of patients,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
