改良Valsalva动作急诊终止室上速临床应用效果观察

Clinical Effect of Modified Valsalva Motility in Emergency Termination of Supraventricular Tachycardia

目的:探究改良Valsalva动作急诊终止阵发性室上性心动过速(室上速)的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院急诊科收治的63例室上速患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组31例采用标准Valsalva动作法,试验组32例采用改良Valsalva动作法。比较两组复律成功率、不良反应发生率。结果:试验组一次复律成功率为76.19%,最终复律成功为85.71%,均高于对照组的36.36%和45.45%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为33.33%,对照组为31.82%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良Valsalva动作在急诊终止室上速中能够提高患者复律成功率,且具有良好安全性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of emergency termination of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(supraventricular tachycardia)with modified Valsalva motility.Method:A total of 63 patients with suprapentricular tachycardia admitted to the emergency department of the author’s hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the control group(n=31)used standard Valsalva movement method,and the experimental group(n=32)used modified Valsalva movement method.The success rate of cardioversion and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of primary and final cardioversion in the experimental group was 76.19%and 85.71%,both were higher than those in the control group(36.36%and 45.45%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 33.33%,the control group was 31.82%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Valsalva maneuver can improve the success rate of patients’cardioversion in emergency termination of supraventricular tachycardia,and it has good safety.
