腹腔镜阑尾切除术联合左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松钠治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Appendectomy Combined with Levofloxacin and Ceftriaxone Sodium in Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

目的:探析腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)联合左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松钠治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:取2019年1-12月本院收治的92例急性阑尾炎患者,随机平均分为两组,各46例。两组患者均给予LA联合头孢曲松钠进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗。比较两组患者的炎症指标及术后并发症情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的炎症指标(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症(切口感染、腹腔感染、切口血肿、肠梗阻)总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LA联合左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松钠治疗急性阑尾炎临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的炎症指标,降低术后并发症风险,具有较高的可行性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)combined with Levofloxacin and Ceftriaxone Sodium in treatment of acute appendicitis.Method:A total of 92 cases of patients with acute appendicitis and who treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with LA combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.Then,the inflammatory indexes and postoperative complications of two groups of patients were compared.Result:After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory indexes(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications(incision infection,abdominal infection,incision hematoma,intestinal obstruction)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of LA combined with Levofloxacin and Ceftriaxone Sodium in treatment of acute appendicitis are significant,which can effectively improve the inflammatory index of patients,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,thus it has high feasibility.
