基于云计算的心理测评方式与传统心理测评方式的对照研究

A Comparative Study of Psychological Assessment Based on Cloud Computing and Traditional Psychological Assessment

目的:对基于云计算的心理测评方式与传统纸质版测评方式进行对照研究,以探讨这种新兴测评方式的准确率与实用性。方法:采用MMPI、SCL-90、HAMA、HAMD量表,对2018年11月-2019年6月就诊于重庆市5家精神专科医院门诊随机抽取的50名患者先后予以基于云计算的心理卫生量表评定软件(简称电子版)和传统纸质版量表(简称纸质版)进行测评。结果:所有量表测评时间对比,电子版用时均显著少于纸质版(P<0.05)。MMPI量表电子版中说谎、校正、社会内向、男性化-女性化因子分值显著高于纸质版(P<0.05),其他因子得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SCL-90量表电子版中量表总分、躯体化得分显著高于纸质版(P<0.05),其他因子得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种测评方法的HAMA量表各因子评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。电子测评HAMD量表焦虑评分显著高于纸质测评(P<0.05),其他评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于云计算的心理测评方式与传统纸质版相比具有用时少的优点,但两种方法应用于部分量表的部分因子得分有差异性。

Objective:To explore the accuracy and practicability of this new evaluation method by comparing the psychological assessment based on cloud computing and traditional paper psychological assessment.Method:Used MMPI,SCL-90,HAMA and HAMD scales,50 patients who were randomly selected from 5 psychiatric hospitals in Chongqing from November 2018 to June 2019 were evaluated with mental health scale evaluation software based on cloud computing(electronic version for short)and traditional paper scale(paper version for short).Result:Comparison of measurement time of all scales showed that the electronic version took significantly less than the paper version(P<0.05).The scores of the factors of lying,correction,social introversion,masculine and feminine temperament in the electronic version of the MMPI scale were higher than those in the paper version(P<0.05),there were no statistical significances in other factors in MMPI scale(P>0.05).The total score and somatization factor score of the electronic version in SCL-90 scale were higher than those of the paper version(P<0.05),there were no statistical significances in other factors in SCL-90 scale(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of HAMA scale factors between the two methods(P>0.05).The anxiety score of the electronic version in HAMD scale was significantly higher than that of the paper version(P<0.05),there were no statistical significances in other factors in HAMD scale(P>0.05).Conclusion:The psychological assessment method based on cloud computing has the characteristics of less time.However,there are differences in partial factor scores between the two methods.
