Clinical Analysis of 12448 Spectacle Prescriptions

目的:通过12448例配镜处方,分析儿童青少年的屈光度状况和瞳距。方法:通过医学验光,制定配镜处方,分析2010年1月-2019年12月泰兴市人民医院屈光不正状况和瞳距情况。结果:低年龄组以远视为主,随着年龄增长,近视数迅速扩张,特别是中、重度近视比例的增加,正视、远视比例慢慢降低;瞳距随年龄增长而变宽,大部分年龄段男性瞳距超过女性瞳距,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同于屈光调查,配镜处方从另一侧面反映屈光变化和瞳距发育趋势,强调视力保护的重要性。

Objective:To analyze the diopter and interpupillary distance of children and adolescents by the spectacle prescription of 12448 cases.Method:The ametropia and interpupillary distance were analyzed through medical optometry and spectacle prescription from January 2010 to December 2019 in Taixing people’s hospital.Result:With the growth of age,the number of myopia individuals expanded rapidly,especially the proportion of moderate and severe myopia.The proportion of emmetropia and hyperopia individuals decreased slowly.The interpupillary distance became wider with the growth of age,male pupil distance exceeded female pupil distance in most age groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different from the refractive survey,the prescription reflects from the other side the refractive change and the development trend of pupil distance and emphasizes the importance of visual protection.
