心理干预对青少年抑郁症患者一级亲属焦虑情绪、连带病耻感和应对方式的效果对比研究

Comparative Study of the Effects of Psychological Intervention on Anxiety, Stigma and Coping Style of the First-degree Relatives of Adolescent Patients with Depression

目的探索青少年抑郁症患者一级亲属心理干预的有效途径和方法。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年1月青少年抑郁症患者家属320例,随机分为试验组和对照组各160例。试验组实施为期8周的心理干预,对照组不给予干预措施。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Link病耻感系列量表、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对两组患者家属进行评定。结果干预前,两组焦虑水平、连带病耻感总分和应对方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组焦虑水平、连带病耻感各维度及总分、应对方式于干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对青少年抑郁症患者一级亲属进行对应的心理干预,能有效的缓解患者家属的焦虑情绪和病耻感,改善其应对方式。

Objective To explore the effective ways and methods of psychological intervention for first degree relatives of adolescent depression patients.Methods 320 family members of adolescent depression patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 160 cases in each.The experimental group was given psychological intervention for 8 weeks,while the control group was given no intervention.Before and after intervention,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),LINK stigma scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) were used to evaluate the families of patients in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in anxiety level, total score of stigma and coping style between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention, there were statistically significant differences in anxiety level, stigma, total score and coping style between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05),and statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The corresponding psychological intervention for the first-degree relatives of adolescent patients with depression can effectively relieve the anxiety and stigma of the patients’ family members, and improve their coping styles.
