细胞蜡块制备方法的应用进展

Application progress of cellular wax block preparation methods

脱落细胞学和细针穿刺细胞学成为医学领域的重要信息来源,以无创或者微创、可反复取材、诊断迅速的特点在临床工作中得到广泛应用。传统的细胞涂片方法阳性检出率低,可重复性差,有一定的误诊率。细胞蜡块可以弥补传统涂片的不足,并且在后期的特殊染色、免疫组织化学检测、分子病理检测等方面有很大的优势,本综述将对细胞蜡块制备方法应用进展做以介绍。

Exfoliative cytology and fine needle aspiration cytology have become important sources of information in the medical field.They are widely used in clinical work with the characteristics of non-invasive or minimally invasive,retrievable materials and rapid diagnosis.The traditional cell smear method has a low positive detection rate,poor repeatability,and a certain misdiagnosis rate.Cellular wax blocks can supplement the shortcomings of traditional smears and have great advantages in the later special staining techniques,immunohistochemical detection,molecular pathological detection,etc.This review will introduce the application progress of cellular wax block preparation methods.
