不同手术方案治疗阑尾炎的研究现状

Research Status of Different Surgical Treatments of Appendicitis

阑尾炎作为一种临床常见的腹部疾病,具有发病率高、起病急的特点,患者临床表现为体温升高、腹痛、中性粒细胞升高等临床表现。目前临床治疗阑尾炎多以手术治疗为主,传统多以开放式手术治疗为主,随着医疗技术的发展,微创手术逐渐被应用于阑尾炎治疗中。不同手术方案治疗会对阑尾患者临床治疗效果和预后产生不同影响,基于此,本次研究通过检索有关阑尾炎手术治疗的相关文献进行综述。通过对阑尾炎患者手术治疗的临床疗效和最新进展进行研究、总结,以期为提高临床治疗效果提供参考。

As a clinical common abdominal disease,appendicitisis characterized by high incidence and acute onset,with the clinical Manifestations of Hyperthermia,Abdominal Pain and Neutrophil Elevation.Currently,treatment of appendicitis is mainly surgical treatment,especially the traditional open surgery.The development of medical technology,nevertheless,has given rise to the application of minimally invasive surgery in appendicitis treatment.Since different operation programs vary in their clinical therapeutic effects and prognoses of patients,the research thus retrieves and reviews the literature relevant to the surgical treatment of appendicitis.By studying and summarizing the clinical efficacy as well asthe recent advancesconcerning the surgical treatment of appendicitis,this paperaims to shed light on the improvement ofappendicitisclinical treatment.
