沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者心功能的短期疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of Short-term Efficacy and Safety of Sacubitril-valsartan on Heart Function in Patients with Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗对其心功能的短期效果及安全性的影响。方法:入组本院2018年4月20日-2020年4月20日收治的96例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者,根据分层区组随机法将患者分成试验组和对照组,各48例。治疗过程中,除接受基础治疗外,对照组接受常规ACEI治疗,试验组接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,评价疗效、心功能、安全性及相关临床指标。结果:与对照组比较,试验组治疗总有效率高,治疗后的LVEF、SV水平高,NT-proBNP、AngⅡ、RA水平均低,两组间的上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组LVEDD水平较对照组低,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在心肌梗死后心力衰竭的治疗中,应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗的效果较为显著,可促进心功能恢复,改善心脏重构,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the short-term efficacy and safety of Sacubitril-valsartan on cardiac function in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 96 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction who admitted to our hospital from April 20,2018 to April 20,2020 were randomly divided into two groups,including the treated group and the control group according to stratified blocked randomization.Both the two groups included 48 patients.In addition to the basic treatment,the control group received conventional ACEI therapy,and the treated group received Sacubitril-valsartan therapy.The efficacy,cardiac function,safety and related clinical indexes were evaluated.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treated group was higher,the levels of LVEF and SV after treatment were higher,and the levels of NT-proBNP,Ang Ⅱ and RA were lower.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The LVEDD level of the treated group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the treated group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction,the effect of Sacubitril-valsartan therapy has more advantages,which can promote the recovery of cardiac function and improve cardiac remodeling,and also is safe.
