中药冰块含漱+耳穴贴压对甲状腺术后疼痛的干预价值

Interventional Value of Gargling with Traditional Chinese Medicine Ice and Auricular Point Sticking on Postoperative Pain of Thyroid Surgery

目的:探讨中药冰块含漱+耳穴贴压对甲状腺术后疼痛的干预价值。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的72例甲状腺手术患者,按照患者接受手术的先后顺序进行编号,编号奇数者设为观察组,编号偶数者设为对照组,每组36例,对照组在术毕返回病房2 h后采用自制中药冰块进行含漱治疗,观察组同时配合耳穴贴压疗法,分别采用数字疼痛分级法(NRS)、匹兹堡睡眠评价量表(PSQI)评估两组术后6、24 h疼痛程度与睡眠质量,同时比较术后住院时间。结果:观察组术后6、24 h NRS评分均低于对照组,术后24、48 h PSQI评分均低于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药冰块含漱+耳穴贴压对甲状腺术后疼痛有显著缓解作用,改善睡眠,可缩短住院时间加速康复进程,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the intervention value of gargling with traditional Chinese medicine ice and auricular plaster on postoperative pain of thyroid surgery.Method:A total of 72 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to the author's hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,patients were numbered according to the sequence of surgery,those numbered odd were set as the observation group,and those numbered even were set as the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine ice for gargling 2 hours after returning to the ward after surgery,while the observation group was combined with auricular acupoint sticking therapy.The pain degree and sleep quality were evaluated 6 and 24 h after surgery by digital pain grading(NRS)and Pittsburgh sleep rating scale(PSQI),respectively,and the length of hospital stay after surgery was compared.Result:The NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 6 and 24 h after surgery,the PSDI score in the observation group was lower than control group 24 and 48 h after surgery,postoperative hospital stay was shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gargling with traditional Chinese medicine ice and auricular point sticking can significantly relieve postoperative pain,improve sleep,shorten hospitalization time and accelerate rehabilitation process,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
