镜像视觉反馈疗法辅助治疗脑卒中合并上肢偏瘫患者的效果

Effect of Mirror Visual Feedback Therapy in the Treatment of Stroke Patients with Upper Limb Hemiplegia

目的:分析镜像视觉反馈疗法(MVF)对脑卒中合并上肢偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月50例脑卒中并上肢偏瘫患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(康复锻炼+肌电生物反馈治疗,n=25)、研究组(对照组基础上联合MVF,n=25),总疗程4周。比较两组上肢运动功能、平衡能力、认知功能及生活质量。结果:干预4周后,研究组Fugl-Meyer量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组简易精神量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中并上肢偏瘫患者,MVF辅助治疗可提高患者肢体运动、平衡能力,改善认知功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of mirror visual feedback(MVF)therapy on stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia.Method:A total of 50 stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for study and randomly divided into the control group(rehabilitation exercise+electromyography biofeedback therapy,n=25)and the study group(combined with MVF on the basis of the control group,n=25),with a total course of treatment of 4 weeks.The upper limb function,balance ability,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention,the Fugl-Meyer scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Berg balance scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the mini-mental state examination scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia,MVF adjuvant therapy can improve limb movement and balance ability,improve cognitive function,and improve quality of life.
