内翻型踝关节骨关节炎的治疗进展分析

内翻型踝关节骨关节炎是踝关节骨关节炎中常见的一种病症,这种病症的发病率高达50%以上。出现这种病症的患者,除了正常活动会受到限制、出现疼痛感以外,最为明显的表现就是踝内翻畸形和踝关节外侧伴有软组织损伤的情况。这种病症一旦发生,最主要的治疗方法还是以手术为主,但是关于手术具体的治疗方法还没有统一的标准,而且临床的应用效果也没有达到一致,所以在这种情况下,本文就针对内翻型踝关节骨关节炎的治疗方法和进展进行了分析和研究。

For osteoarthritis of the ankle,it is a common disease of ankle osteoarthritis,of which incidence rate is over 50%.In addition to the limitation of normal activities and pain,the most obvious manifestations of this disease are ankle varus deformity and soft tissue injury on the lateral side of ankle joint.Once this kind of disease occurs,the main treatment is surgery.However,there is no unified standard for the specific surgical treatment,and the clinical application effect is not consistent.Therefore,in this case,this paper analyzes and studies the treatment methods and progress of varus ankle osteoarthritis.
