Establishment and Empirical Study of the Evaluation Index System for the Online Health Community Information Service Quality

[目的/意义]旨在为在线健康社区信息服务建设提供理论依据和评价标准。[方法/过程]运用用户画像理论构建在线健康社区信息服务质量评价指标体系及其评价模型,并通过模糊综合评价法对“丁香医生”进行实证分析。[结果/结论]实证结果表明评价指标体系具有较强的可操作性和较高的实践应用价值,对在线健康社区服务建设具有较强的指导意义。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide theoretical basis and evaluation standards for the construction of online health community information services.[Method/process]The paper uses the user portrait theory to construct the online health community information service quality evaluation index system and its evaluation model,and conducts an empirical analysis of“Dr Clove”through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.[Result,/conclusion]The outcome of practice results show that the evaluation index system has strong operability and high practical application value,and has strong guiding significance for the construction of online health community services.
