高校大学生党建与思政教育工作协同发展相关研究

在中国进入新常态、高校寻求转型与发展的新背景下,高校的党建工作不仅要发掘和培养高校的政治优势,也要积极发挥其在思政教育等方面的导向功能、凝聚功能,这样才能不断增强高校思政育人的效果。对此,结合高校党建与思政教育协同创新的现实意义,以及高校党建与思政教育协同创新的现状,提出了新常态下高校党建与大学生思政教育工作协同创新的有效路径。

Under the new background that China has entered a new normal and universities are seeking transformation and development,the party building work of universities must not only explore and cultivate the political advantages of universities,but also actively play their guiding and cohesive functions in ideological and political education.Continuously enhance the effect of ideological and political education in universities.In this regard,combining the practical significance of collaborative innovation of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as the current situation of collaborative innovation of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,proposed an effective path for collaborative innovation of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new normal.
