舌下脱敏疗法在儿童变应性鼻炎中的临床应用

An analysis of clinical curative effect of SLIT in children with allergic rhinitis

目的研究舌下脱敏疗法(SLIT)在儿童过敏性鼻炎中的治疗效果。方法在收治患者中选取符合变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南为过敏性鼻炎患儿151例,按照患儿及家属治疗意愿分为两组。对照组采用常规药物即盐酸西替利嗪+盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗,观察组在以上药物治疗基础上加用舌下脱敏治疗,通过鼻炎药物总评分(TMS)、患者症状及体征评分(TNSS)改善评估两组患者治疗后3、6及12个月的临床效果。结果治疗3个月时,观察组症状评分、体征评分、药物评分与对照组差异无统计学意义;治疗6个月后,观察组症状评分、体征评分、药物评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌下脱敏疗法用以治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎效果较好,且复发率低,在6个月时开始出现较好的临床效果,为广大儿童过敏性鼻炎患者提供了不同选择。

Objective To study the efficacy of sublingual desensitization therapy(SLIT)in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods 151 pediatric patients were selected in accordance with the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis and divided into two groups according to the treatment wishes of the patients and their parents.The control group received a conventional therapy with cetirizine hydrochloride plus azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray,and the study group received the same conventional therapy in addition to sublingual desensitization.The efficacy was assessed by TMS and TNSS in both groups 3,6 and 12 months after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,there were no evident differences between the study group and the control group in symptom score,sign score,and drug score,while after six⁃month treatment,the symptom score,sign score,and drug score were significantly different between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sublingual desensitization therapy is effective in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis and has a lower recurrence rate and shows a better efficacy initially after 6⁃month treatment,providing different options for children with allergic rhinitis.
