刺梨渣青贮前后与皇竹草、饲用玉米青贮的营养成分及饲喂效果比较分析 被引量:7

摘要 试验旨在研究刺梨渣青贮前后与皇竹草、饲用玉米青贮的营养价值差异。试验分为3个青贮组,分别为刺梨渣青贮组、皇竹草青贮组与饲用玉米青贮组,各组样品青贮60 d后开罐取样,测定青贮饲料的营养成分,随后对肉牛进行青贮饲喂试验。刺梨渣青贮与皇竹草青贮相比,干物质含量极显著提高(P<0.01);粗蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05)。刺梨渣青贮与饲用玉米青贮相比,干物质含量极显著提高(P<0.01);粗蛋白含量无明显变化(P>0.05);粗灰分含量极显著降低(P<0.01);钙的含量显著提高(P<0.05);pH值显著提高(P<0.05)。刺梨渣青贮组日增重显著高于皇竹草青贮组(P<0.05),与饲用玉米青贮组相近。刺梨渣青贮各项营养性能指标均衡,饲喂肉牛日增重效果较好,优于常用的皇竹草青贮,与饲用玉米青贮相近。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the nutritional value difference among roxburgh rose residue silage,pennisetum silage and forage corn silage.The experiment was divided into three silage groups,namely roxburgh rose residue silage group,the emperor bamboo grass silage group and forage corn silage group.Then the beef cattle were silage tested.The results showed that dry matter in silage of roxburgh rose residue was significantly increased compared with that in silage of the emperor bamboo grass(P<0.01).The crude protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the acid washing fiber was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with silage of forage corn,the dry matter in silage of roxburgh rose residue was significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no significant change in crude protein content(P>0.05).The crude ash content decreased significantly(P<0.01).The content of calcium was significantly increased(P<0.05).pH was significantly increased(P<0.05).The nutritional performance indexes of roxburgh rose residue silage were balanced,the daily weight gain effect of beef cattle feeding was better,which was better than the common silage of the emperor bamboo grass and similar to the silage of forage maize.
