摘要
在池塘养殖中分别投喂鲜杂鱼和配合饲料以评估不同饵料种类对雌雄青蟹个体生长、形态学参数和营养品质的影响。研究结果显示,投喂鲜杂鱼组雌雄青蟹的体增重显著高于投喂配合饲料组(P<0.05);饵料种类不会显著影响雌雄青蟹蟹体的水分含量、蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、磷含量、必需氨基酸总量、呈味氨基酸总量、鲜味氨基酸总量、饱和脂肪酸总量、单不饱和脂肪酸含量、多不饱和脂肪酸含量(P>0.05),而显著影响其灰分含量和脂肪酸总量(P<0.05)。投喂鲜杂鱼组的C16:1(n-7)、C20:5(n-3)、C22:5(n-6)和C22:5(n-3)显著低于投喂配合饲料组,而其C18:2(n-6)、C20:4(n-6)、C20:3(n-6)和C20:2(n-6)则显著高于投喂配合饲料组(P<0.05);投喂鲜杂鱼组青蟹蟹体的PUFA(n-3)显著低于投喂配合饲料组,而其PUFA(n-6)显著高于投喂配合饲料组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,鲜杂鱼饵料有利于青蟹的生长,且饵料种类会影响青蟹的营养品质。
In order to investigate the effects of feed types on the growth,morphological parameters and nutrient quality of male and female Scylla paramamosain.Formula feed and raw fish were used to fed S.paramamosain in pond culture,respectively.The results showed that the weight gain in S.paramamosain fed raw fish was significant higher than that in S.paramamosain fed formula feed(P<0.05).Feed types had no effect on body composition(moisture,crude protein,lipid,phosphorus),total EAA,total FAA,total DAA,total SFA,total MU FA and total PUFA,while feed types had significant effect on body ash content and total FA content(P<0.05).S.paramamosa fed with raw fish exhibited lower contents of C16:1(n-7),C20:5(n-3),C22:5(n-6)and C22:5(n-3),however,higher contents of C18:2(n-6),C20:4(n-6),C20:3(n-6),C20:2(n-6)and C22:4(n-6),than those fed with formula feed(P<0.05).PUFA(n-3)was significant lower,while PUFA(n-6)was significant higher,in S.paramamosa fed raw fish than that in S.paramamosa fed formula feed(P<0.05).Results of the present study reveal that raw fish is more beneficial to the growth of S.paramamosa,and the feed types affect the nutrient quality of S.paramamosa.
