连作种植下不同抗重茬药剂处理对甜菜苗期生长的影响

Effects of different anti-recropping medicaments on sugar beet seedling growth under continuous cropping

摘要 为解析重茬条件下不同抗重茬药剂施用对甜菜生长及生理的影响,选用甜菜品种"KWS1176"进行室内土培试验,分析重茬障碍下不同药剂对植株生长指标、细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量及光合作用等生理指标的影响。结果表明,药剂处理不但可以促进甜菜生长,而且可以降低立枯病发病率、丙二醛含量和相对电导率,影响抗氧化酶活性,增加渗透调节物质以及促进其光合作用。沣润源菌剂可明显增加甜菜幼苗株高、干鲜重,并降低发病率;中国农大重茬剂可促进植株光合作用;喷施噁霉灵可最大程度降低立枯病发病率;再植病防治液防治效果较弱。因此,建议重茬地种植甜菜时选用沣润源菌剂或中国农大重茬剂,并配合喷施噁霉灵,从而缓解甜菜重茬连作对幼苗生长的影响,提高甜菜产量和质量。 In order to analyze the effects of different anti-recropping agents on the growth and physiology of sugar beet under continuous cropping conditions,the beet variety"KWS1176"was selected for indoor soil culture experiment.This experiment analyzed the effects of different agents on plant growth indicators,cell membrane permeability,antioxidant enzyme activity,osmotic adjustment substance content,photosynthesis and other physiological indicators under continuous cropping obstacles.The results showed that chemical treatment not only promoted the growth of sugar beet,but also reduced the incidence of wilt disease,the content of malondialdehyde and the relative conductivity,affected the activity of antioxidant enzymes,increased osmotic adjustment substances and promoted its photosynthesis.Fengrunyuan microbial agent could significantly increase the plant height,dry and fresh weight of sugar beet seedlings,and reduce the incidence.The continuous cropping agent of China National Agricultural University could promote photosynthesis of plant.Spraying hymexazol could minimize the incidence of wilt disease.The control effect of plant disease control liquid was weak.Therefore,it is recommended using fengrunyuan microbial agent or continuous cropping agent of China National Agricultural University when planting sugar beet in continuous cropping fields,and spraying hymexazol to alleviate the impact of continuous cropping of beet on seedling growth and improve the yield and quality of sugar beet.
