摘要
饲料禁抗使畜禽更加依赖自身的免疫系统来抵御病原体的入侵。氨基酸是动物机体的重要组成部分,除了维持生长发育外,还在维持免疫功能和表达免疫活性中发挥着重要作用。文章主要就家禽免疫系统与免疫应答、氨基酸营养对家禽免疫的影响以及免疫对家禽氨基酸代谢的影响进行综述,解析氨基酸营养对家禽免疫的影响表现在促进免疫器官的生长发育和免疫细胞的分化成熟,提高免疫球蛋白的水平,改善肠道黏膜免疫,从而缓解应激,预防传染性法氏囊病等疾病。以期为生产中利用氨基酸提高家禽的免疫机能提供参考。
The prohibition of the addition of antibiotics in feed makes livestock and poultry more and more dependent on their own immune systems to resist the invasion of pathogens.Amino acids are an essential part of animal body.In addition to promoting their growth and development,amino acids also play an important role in maintaining animals′immune function and activities.This paper mainly reviews on the immune system and response of poultry,the influence of amino acids on poultry immunity and the influence of immunity on metabolism of poultry amino acids.It is manifest in promoting the growth of immune organs as well as the differentiation and maturation of immune cells,increasing the level of immunoglobulin,ameliorating the immunity of intestinal mucosa,so as to relieve stress and prevent infectious bursal disease and other diseases.Finally,it is expected that this review will provide reference for the use of amino acids to improve the immune function of poultry in production.
