血栓心脉宁片联合鼠神经生长因子治疗脑梗死的疗效及对血管内皮功能和炎性因子的影响

Efficacy of Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets Combined with Rat Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and the Effect on Vascular Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨血栓心脉宁片联合鼠神经生长因子治疗脑梗死的疗效及对血管内皮功能和炎性因子的影响。方法选取四川省大竹县人民医院2018年6月至2019年5月收治的脑梗死患者320例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(给予鼠神经生长因子治疗)和研究组(给予血栓心脉宁片+鼠神经生长因子治疗),各160例。两组患者均治疗2周。结果研究组临床总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的80.63%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的血管内皮功能指标犤血清内皮素1、血栓前体蛋白、血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白犦水平均显著低于对照组患者,血管内皮生长因子水平显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者的血清炎性因子指标犤血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素33、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子-α犦水平均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分量表评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(10.63%比16.25%,P=0.113>0.05)。结论血栓心脉宁片联合鼠神经生长因子治疗脑梗死的临床疗效较好,可调节患者的血管内皮功能及炎性因子水平,改善神经功能缺损情况,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets combined with rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and the effect on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 320 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Dazhu People’s Hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(treated with rat nerve growth factor)and the study group(treated with Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets+rat nerve growth factor)according to the random number table method,160 cases in each group.Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.63%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes[serum endothelin-1,thrombus precursor protein,vascular endothelial-cadherin]in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factor indexes[C-reactive protein,interleukin-33,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α]in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was similar to that in the control group(10.63%vs.16.25%,P=0.113>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuan Xinmaining Tablets combined with rat nerve growth factor have good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,which can regulate the vascular endothelial function and the levels of inflammatory factors,and improve the neurological deficit.
