经管特色的食品科学与工程类专业大学生创新创业培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:5

摘要 根据新形势下学科发展的需要以及对人才的需求,同时结合地区与高校的实际情况,对食品科学与工程类专业培养体系进行改革,将科学技术、经济管理、创新创业能力作为一条主线贯穿食品科学与工程类专业人才培养的各个教学环节,通过编制新的人才培养方案,设置新型教材和完善通识课程、专业课程、经济管理特色教育课程以及实践课程四级创新创业教育体系,改进教学方法,塑造优良师资队伍,组织开展多样创新创业项目活动,努力构建有经管特色的食品科学与工程类专业创新创业人才培养体系,不断提高学生的就业竞争力,为食品科学与工程类专业人才培养模式的改革提供一些经验和借鉴。 To attain the requirements of development under the new situation and the demand for talents,a training system reform of food science and engineering was carried out combined with the actual situation of the region.Meanwhile,technology,economic management,innovation and entrepreneurship were used as a main line throughout scientific and engineering professionals.Preparation of new talent training programs,setting up new textbooks and curriculum systems,improving the system of innovation and entrepreneurship education including general courses,professional courses,economic management characteristic education courses and practical courses,reforming teaching methods,building an excellent faculty,organizing various innovation and entrepreneurship projects were accomplished to build the training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in food science and engineering.The practice could continuously improve the disciplinary vision,academic and practical abilities and characteristics of graduates,enhance the employment competitiveness of students,and provide experiences and references for the reform of the training model of food science and engineering professionals.
