摘要
本文介绍了一种应用于速调管热测的高压电源,高压电源采用高可靠、高转换效率的零电流串联谐振技术;为拓展输出功率,电源采用“集中控制”的模块化设计,多台电源模块同步工作,模块之间通过输出整流桥串联强制均流;电源高频变压器采用低分布电容设计,以减少高频变压器漏感对充电时间的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,该高压电源作为高压脉冲电容器充电电源,应用在速调管热测系统能可靠工作,稳定度和精度均满足设计要求。
This paper introduces a novel type of high-voltage DC(HVDC)power supply for klystron hot test application.The HVDC power supply adopts LC series resonant topology,which insures zero current switch of IGBT components.In order to enlarge the power of HVDC,more series resonant converters were operated synchronously through centralized control.Outputs of rectifiers are connected in series for forced current balancing between different modules.Low distributed capacitance design was used for the highfrequency transformer to reduce the influence of transformer leakage inductance on charging time.The simulation and experimental results show that the HV power supply,as a charging power supply for HV pulse capacitor,can work reliably in klystron hot test system,and the stability and accuracy meet the design requirements.
