摘要
介绍了"食品质量安全检测新技术"教学改革,利用OBE理念对"食品质量安全检测新技术"教学过程中的引导作用,对教学内容、教学方法、教学手段及评价体系等方面进行了改革。改革能持续改进"食品质量安全检测新技术"教学质量,并提高学生自主学习能力、创新能力和解决复杂工程问题的能力。
The teaching reform of New Technology of Food Quality and Safety Inspection was introduced.The guiding role of OBE concept was used in the teaching process of New Technology of Food Quality and Safety Inspection,the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching measure and final examination evaluation were reformed.The teaching quality of New Technology of Food Quality and Safety Inspection can be continuously improved by the reform,and students’autonomous learning ability,innovation ability,and ability to solve complex engineering problems were cultivated.
