铝修饰氧化锌纳米棒的制备及其紫外光响应特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用水热法和电子束蒸发法制备了铝(Al)纳米颗粒修饰的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米棒,研究Al纳米颗粒局域表面等离子体共振效应对ZnO纳米棒紫外光响应特性的影响。实验结果表明,修饰后的ZnO纳米棒表面附着有Al纳米颗粒,在未影响ZnO纳米棒六方纤锌矿结构的条件下,能有效改善ZnO纳米棒的光致发光性能;Al纳米颗粒可增强ZnO纳米棒在紫外-可见光区范围的吸收率,使ZnO纳米棒的光电流从1.35 mA提高到3.6 mA。相比未修饰的ZnO纳米棒,Al纳米颗粒可有效提升ZnO纳米棒的光响应度、灵敏度和光暗电流比,同时缩短了响应恢复时间,有助于紫外探测器的实际应用。 Aluminum nanoparticles(Al NPs)modified zinc oxide(ZnO)nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal and electron beam evaporation method.The effects of localized surface plasma resonance of Al NPs on the ultraviolet(UV)response of ZnO nanorods were studied.The results show that the ZnO nanorods can be successfully decorated by Al NPs with Al NPs on its surface.The decoration of Al NPs effectively improves the photoluminescence(PL)properties of the ZnO nanorods without affecting the hexagonal wurtzite structure of the ZnO nanorods.Meanwhile,Al NPs enhances the absorption rate of ZnO nanorods in the UV-visible region,and increases the photocurrent from 1.35 mA to 3.6 mA.Compared with the ZnO nanorods without Al NPs decoration,Al NPs significantly improves the responsivity,sensitivity,photo-to-dark current ratio and decreases the response recovery time of the ZnO nanorods,which make it favorable for the practical application for ultraviolet detectors.
