新型差分滤波平面倒F天线的研究

摘要 为了提高器件抗干扰和易于集成的能力,提出了两款基于平面倒F天线的新型低剖面差分滤波天线。首先基于开口环谐振器设计了一款差分带通滤波器,然后分别通过直角和斜角形式的微带线级联差分倒F天线和滤波器,调节微带连接线实现阻抗匹配最终得到了两款差分滤波天线。设计结果表明:两款滤波天线都工作在5 GHz左右,相对工作带宽均约为5%,通带内增益和方向图稳定,平均增益约为4 dBi。该差分滤波天线为单层结构,剖面厚度仅为0.508 mm,同时对共模噪声具有明显的抑制效果。滤波天线的测试结果与仿真结果基本相符。 To improve the anti-interference and integration capabilities of devices,two novel low-profile differential filters based on planar inverted F antenna(PIFA)were designed.Firstly,a differential band-pass filter was designed based on the open loop resonator.Then the differential PIFA and the bad-pass filter were cascaded by microstrip lines at right angle and oblique angle respectively.Finally,two differential filtering antennas were obtained,which achieved impedance matching by adjusting the microstrip connection lines.The results show that the two filtering antennas operate at~5 GHz with relative working bandwidth of~5%.The gain and radiation pattern in the differential mode(DM)passband are stable with average gain of~4 dBi.The differential filtering antennas have single layer structure with a cross-sectional thickness of only 0.508 mm,and they also have a significant suppression effect on common mode(CM)noise.The measured results of the filtering antennas are in good agreement with the simulation.
