Discussion on Site Safety Production Management in Chemical Enterprises

安全生产是企业管理的核心内容,其是保障企业生产活动顺利进行的前提条件,也是决定企业发展高度的关键所在。对于化工企业,其自身的特殊性意味着企业在生产过程中需要面临更大的生产风险,化工企业需要始终重视安全生产管理工作,将员工的安全性视为首位。化工企业的产品往往具备易燃易爆的特征,其生产工序中存在着高压、高温环境,若缺乏有效的安全生产管理,则容易出现火灾、爆炸等风险事故,轻则造成经济损失和生产停止,重则会造成重大人员伤亡以及带来严重社会不良影响。因此,保证安全生产管理工作落实到位对于化工企业而言有着一定的现实意义,同时也与企业的生产发展之间存在密切联系性。本文从化工企业生产的实际情况出发,简要分析了化工企业的安全生产管理问题,并提出了相应的优化措施,希望能为我国的化工企业带来一定的工作参考。

Safety production is the core content of enterprise management,the prerequisite for ensuring the smooth progress of enterprise production activities,and the key to determining the height of enterprise development.The particularity of chemical enterprises means that they need to face greater production risks in the production process.Therefore,chemical enterprises need to always pay attention to safety production management and regard the safety of employees as the first priority.The products of chemical enterprises are often flammable and explosive.There are high-pressure and high-temperature environments in its production process.If there is no effective safety production management,risk accidents such as fire and explosion will easily occur,which will lead to economic losses and production stoppage,and serious casualties and serious social adverse effects.Therefore,it is of practical significance for chemical enterprises to ensure the safety production management in place,and it is also closely related to the production development of enterprises.Based on the actual production situation of chemical enterprises,this paper briefly analyzes the safety production management of chemical enterprises,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures,hoping to bring some work reference for chemical enterprises in China.
