伴随着城市化建设规模的不断扩大,市政工程建设需要应用高效率、科学性的管理措施实现对复杂工程建设的支持。在建设期间应用非道路移动机械,其具备自动驱动的特征,同时还能够实现移动化的施工,在生产中具备广泛性应用优势,对于非道路移动机械的应用也在不断的重视,排放污染问题也显得越发突出和明显。对此,为了进一步提高城市环境保护水平,本文简要分析依法精准治理机动车和非道路移动机械排放污染,希望可以为相关工作者提供帮助。

With the continuous expansion of urbanization,municipal engineering construction needs to apply high-efficiency and scientific management measures to support complex engineering construction.Non-road mobile machinery is applied during the construction period,which has the characteristics of automatic driving and can realize mobile construction at the same time.It has the advantage of extensive application in production,and the application of non-road mobile machinery has been paid more and more attention,and the problem of emission pollution has become increasingly prominent and obvious.Therefore,in order to further improve the level of urban environmental protection,this paper briefly analyzes how to accurately control the emission pollution of motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery according to law,hoping to provide help for relevant workers.
