提高活性炭床吸附、解析效率方法研究

摘要 (1)在烟用丝束生产过程中,从纺丝机、丙酮回收区挥发的丙酮/空气混合气VLA(Vapour Load Air)约39g/m3由离心风机送至吸附床吸附解析单元(2台吸附1台解析)。丙酮气体进入吸附床后,其中的丙酮被吸附在床内的活性炭的微孔中,而其余含少量丙酮的气体达到排放要求,通过活性炭层排入大气中。经过一段时间活性炭微孔吸附足够的丙酮后,此台吸附床进入脱附解析,通过给此台吸附床一定蒸汽升温升压,被吸附的丙酮就被解析出来。(2)降低尾气中VOCs和节约丙酮消耗,提高蒸汽利用率,即能起到节能降耗的作用,也能降低VOCs排放量。 (1)During the production process of cigarette tow,about 39 g/m of acetone/air mixture VLA(Vapour Load Air)volatilized from the spinning machine and acetone recovery area is sent by the centrifugal fan to the adsorption and analysis unit of adsorption bed(two for adsorption and one for analysis).After the acetone gas enters the adsorption bed,the acetone is adsorbed in the micropores of the activated carbon in the bed,while the rest of the gas containing a small amount of acetone meets the emission requirements and is discharged into the atmosphere through the activated carbon layer.After the activated carbon micropores absorb enough acetone for a period of time,the adsorption bed enters desorption and desorption,and the adsorbed acetone is desorbed by heating and boosting a certain amount of steam on the adsorption bed.(2)Reducing VOCs in tail gas,saving acetone consumption and improving steam utilization can not only save energy and reduce consumption,but also reduce VOCs emission.
