基于风险管理理念下火力发电厂安全管理的思考

Thoughts on Safety Management of Thermal Power Plants Based on Risk Management Concept

火力发电厂的工作具有特殊性,属于高风险的作业内容。基于此,要求工作人员能够对火力发电厂的各类安全问题予以特别的关注,一方面要有效地保障工作人员的生命财产安全,另一方面也能够实现效益的充盈。在实际进行发电厂管理的过程中,需要强化安全管理的工作,并基于风险管理的理念来不断提高工作人员的风险防控意识以及科学预警意识,以此来提高火力发电厂的安全效益。本文主要基于风险管理理念谈谈火力发电厂安全管理的措施。

The work of thermal power plants is special and belongs to high-risk work.Based on this,the staff are required to pay special attention to all kinds of safety problems in thermal power plants.On the one hand,it is necessary to effectively guarantee the safety of staff’s life and property,on the other hand,it can also realize the enterprise benefits.In the actual process of power plant management,it is necessary to strengthen the work of safety management,and continuously improve the staff’s awareness of risk prevention and control and scientific early warning based on the concept of risk management,so as to improve the safety benefits of thermal power plants.This paper mainly discusses the safety management measures of thermal power plants based on the concept of risk management.
