基于S7-1200 PLC的全自动施工电锤车

摘要 在机电安装工程中,电缆沟内安装电缆(消防水管)支架,往往是人工打孔,这种方式效率低下,精度不高且需要人工测量划线。为此,依托某高速路机电安装项目,基于西门子S7-1200PLC设计了一种可实现手动、半自动、全自动3种施工模式的全自动打孔施工电锤车,以实现自动前进到设定距离、自动外伸打孔、自动原点回归等功能,施工人员可根据现场施工情况灵活选择施工方式。 In the electromechanical installation project,the brackets for installing cables(fire water pipes)in the cable trenches are often manually punched,which has disadvantages of low efficiency,low accuracy and requires manual measurement and marking.To this end,relying on a high-speed road electromechanical installation project,based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC,a fully automatic drilling hammer car that could realize manual,semi-automatic and fully automatic construction modes was designed.The functions of automatic advance to set distance,automatic extension drilling and automatic origin regression were realized.The construction personnel could flexibly select the construction mode according to the ready-made construction situation.
