摘要
在整个汽车行业,制动主缸缸体在汽车的制动方面有着举足轻重的作用。制动主缸缸体机加工过程中,过程稳定性一直是所有机加工行业需要关注的领域。文章面向制动主缸缸体零部件的生产过程,采用统计过程控制(SPC)对制动主缸缸体零部件的过程数据进行统计分析,找到导致不稳定的因素,然后对生产过程、生产设备、测量设备等实施优化控制。
In the whole automobile industry,the cylinder block of brake master cylinder plays an important role in automobile braking.In the machining process of the cylinder block of the brake master cylinder,the process stability has always been an area of concern for all machining industries.In this paper,for the production process of brake master cylinder parts,the statistical process control(SPC)is used to analyze the process data of brake master cylinder parts,find out the factors leading to instability,and then optimize the control of production process,production equipment and measuring equipment.
