电抗器的冷却系统设计与实现

摘要 提出一种电抗器的冷却系统设计与制作方法,采用水电分离式冷却方式,水路和电路相互分离,冷却水通过分水器在各冷却板间流通,将绕组和铁芯的热量吸收,采用搅拌摩擦焊接水冷模组,焊接安全可靠。试验证明,按该制备方法制备的电抗器可在防护等级要求高、散热条件差的环境下工作且温升低。 A design and manufacturing method of cooling system for reactors was proposed.The water-electric separation cooling method was adopted.The water and electricity separation cooling method was adopted,the water circuit and the circuit were separated from each other,and the cooling water circulated between the cooling plates through the water separator to absorb the heat of the winding and the iron core.Adopting friction stir welding water cooling module,welding is safe and reliable.The experiment proved that the reactor prepared according to the preparation method could work in an environment with high protection level requirements and poor heat dissipation conditions,and the temperature rise was low.
