燃气比例阀回差分析

摘要 燃气比例阀是燃气采暖热水炉中的一个重要零部件,其性能优劣直接影响燃气具的热负荷、效率和烟气等主要指标。文章主要以动永磁型这类燃气比例阀为测试对象,测试不同样品在4种不同直流方式下的回差表现,并与动铁芯型比例阀的回差表现做对比,分析燃气比例阀对电流类型的适用性。结果表明动永磁型比例阀对电流的适用范围更广。 The gas proportional valve is an important part in the gas heating water heater,and its performance directly affects the main indicators of the heat load,efficiency and flue gas of the gas appliance.Taking the gas proportional valve of dynamic permanent magnet type as the test object,the performance of different samples under four different DC modes is tested.The performance of the gas proportional valve is compared with that of the dynamic iron core type,and the applicability of the gas proportional valve to the current type is analyzed.The results show that the dynamic permanent magnet proportional valve has a wider application range for current.
