摘要
采用聚氨酯(PU)和镍(Ni)为原料制备纳米纤维复合纱壳层,以PU纤维丝为复合纱芯层,制备壳/芯结构PU基纳米纤维复合纱。利用金相显微镜及电子扫描显微镜观察纳米纤维复合纱的表观形貌,测试了其力学性能(断裂强力、断裂伸长率)及导电性能。研究结果表明:当纺丝液中Ni的质量浓度为0.18 g/mL时,试样的直径较大,断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别为99 cN、44.86%,且导电性能较佳。
Polyurethane(PU)and nickel(Ni)were used to prepare the shell layer of nanofiber composite yarn,and PU filament was used as the core layer of composite yarn to prepare PU based nanofiber composite yarn with shell/core structure.The apparent morphology of the nanofiber composite yarn was observed by the metalloscope and the electron scanning microscope,and the mechanical properties(breaking strength,elongation at break)and electrical conductivity of the nanofiber composite yarn were tested.The results showed that when the Ni mass concentration of spinning solution was 0.18 g/mL,the diameter of the sample was larger,the breaking strength and elongation at break were 99 cN and 44.86%,respectively,and the conductivity was better.
