区块链基础设施及赋能“云改数转”战略的思考

作为引领未来价值网络生态的核心技术,区块链正在推动信息互联网向价值互联网的变迁。在区块链发展向好的国家背景下,具有自主可控能力的区块链底层基础设施尤为重要,并将成为区块链发展的基石。本文剖析了国内区块链行业现存问题,提出了中国电信区块链团队构建的自主可控、监管合规的区块链基础设施建设思路、总体架构及治理模式;基于“区块链+”的多技术融合思维,提出了区块链基础设施赋能中国电信“云改数转”战略的应用探索。

As the core technology leading the future value network ecology,blockchain is promoting the transformation of the Internet of Information to the Internet of Value.Under the background of the country where the blockchain is developing,the underlying infrastructure of the blockchain with independent and controllable capabilities is particularly important and will become the cornerstone of the development of the blockchain.This article analyzes the existing problems of the domestic blockchain industry;proposes an independent,controllable,regulatory-compliant blockchain infrastructure construction idea,overall structure and governance model built by the China Telecom blockchain team;based on"Blockchain Ten"The multi-technology integration thinking of China Telecom puts forward the application exploration of the blockchain infrastructure to empower China Telecom's"Cloud to Digital Transformation"strategy.
