基于区块链的慈善捐助系统设计与分析

Design and analysis of charitable donation system based on block chain

针对慈善捐助系统公开透明的应用需求,给出了采用区块链技术搭建慈善系统的解决方案。首先,结合区块链当前的发展现状,明确了区块链与中心化系统的共生发展理念。然后,从供给与需求的角度,阐述了区块链的去中心化、防篡改、用户匿名、信息追溯、智能合约等特点对慈善机构信息公开透明的作用机理。而后,给出了基于区块链的慈善机构的系统架构和运行模式。最后,对系统存在的问题和面临的挑战进行论述。上述方案为慈善机构提升现代化治理水平提供了借鉴思路。

The requirements of charity organizations are openness and transparency,the solution of building charity system with block-chain is given.Firstly,combined with the current development status of block-chain,the symbiotic development of block-chain and centralized system is clarified.Then,from the perspective of supply and demand,the mechanism of block-chain on the transparency of charity information from decentralization,prevention falsify,user anonymity,information traceability,intelligent contract.The system architecture and operation mode of charity organization based on block-chain are given.Finally,the problems and challenges of the system are introduced.The above model provides a scheme for charity organizations to improve the level of modern governance by means of information technology.
