区块链技术在冷链食品溯源中应用的研究

随着人们食品消费的不断增加,尤其对于生鲜产品的消费需求,冷链物流行业得到了快速发展,但同时也存在着传输过程不透明、缺乏信任和质量数据“断链”等问题。针对这些问题,目前,区块链技术正积极应用于供应链金融系统之外的连锁经营和食品领域。冷链食品的可追溯性对保证食品质量安全具有重要意义,可以保证数据的完整性和真实性,尤其是联盟区块链有限参与者的技术架构模式可以保障系统快速可靠运行,本文所提出的系统是基于FISCO为底层区块链技术的冷链物流系统,系统中的信息不能伪造或篡改,并且具有实时记录和共享信息的特点,保持信息的透明度。

As people's consumption of food continues to increase,especially the enthusiastic demand for fresh products,the cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly,but there are also problems such as opaque transmission process,lack of trust,and"broken chain"of quality data.In response to these problems,blockchain technology is currently being actively used in chain operations and food fields outside the supply chain financial system.The traceability of cold chain food is of great significance to ensuring food quality and safety,and it can ensure the integrity and authenticity of the data,especially the technical architecture model of the alliance blockchain with limited participants can ensure the fast and reliable operation of the system.The system is a cold chain logistics system based on FISCO as the underlying blockchain technology.The information in the system cannot be forged or tampered with,and it has the characteristics of real-time recording and sharing of information,maintaining information transparency.
