基于区块链技术的财资管理系统设计与实现

摘要 针对传统财政经费、固定资产管理等国有资产管理中存在的问题,提出并实现了基于区块链技术的科研机构财资管理系统。采用Hyperledger fabric作为区块链技术底层框架,结合某科研机构具体情况,充分利用fabric支持多通道的优点,根据不同类型的资产信息设计了四个通道进行区块链底层隔离,在保障数据保密性的同时又提升了系统的访问速率。区别于传统的资产管理方式,其为审计人员、项目管理相关人员、财务等系统用户提供了一定程度的便利。 Aiming at the problems in the management of state-owned assets such as traditional treasury funds and fixed asset management,the treasury management system of scientific research institutions based on blockchain technology is proposed and implemented.It uses Hyperledger fabric as the underlying framework of blockchain technology,combines the specific conditions of a certain scientific research institution,and makes full use of the advantages of fabric to support multiple channels.According to different types of asset information,four channels are designed to isolate the underlying blockchain to ensure data While maintaining confidentiality,it also increases the access rate of the system.Different from traditional asset management methods,it provides a certain degree of convenience for auditors,project management personnel,financial and other system users.
