化工厂电动机应用变频技术节能分析

摘要 近年来,变频调速装置作为一种重要的电动机节能装置得到了越来越广泛的应用。在此背景下,当代化工厂在发展的过程中也提高了对此的重视程度,且逐步完善变频调速控制系统的构建,最终由此迎合当代节能生产需求,推动自身朝着更为健康稳定的方向前进。本文从变频调速技术的节能原理分析入手,详细阐述了当前变频器节能效果,旨在推动化工生产企业生产模式的进一步创新与发展。 In recent years,as an important energy-saving device for electric motors,variable frequency speed regulation devices have been used more and more widely.In this context,contemporary chemical plants have also paid more attention to this during the development process,and should gradually improve the construction of the frequency conversion speed control system,and fi nally cater to contemporary energy-saving production needs,and promote itself towards a healthier Moving forward in a stable direction.This article starts with the analysis of the energy-saving principle of frequency conversion technology,and elaborates the current energy-saving effect of frequency converters,aiming to promote further innovation and development of the production mode of chemical production enterprises for reference.
