浅谈电能计量装置的配置与防窃电管理措施

摘要 随着社会经济的飞速发展以及供电功耗的显着增加,计量设备配置的不合理现象和不必要的盗窃现象在供电功耗领域造成了或多或少的计量误差,由于电力盗窃而造成的经济损失逐年增加,并且由于停电或盗窃而损坏了供电设备,会严重影响正常的供电和使用。通过分析常用的窃电方法,通常采用改变电能计量装置的结构来考虑电能计量装置的问题,将防窃电多功能电能表与具有防窃电功能的外部电流互感器相结合,电能计量设备连接导线和计量盒等辅助设备,可以显着提高电能计量设备的综合防盗能力。总结了计量设备的构造原理以及防止工作实践中防窃电的简单方法。 With the rapid development of social economy and the signifi cant increase of power supply power consumption,the unreasonable confi guration of metering equipment and unnecessary theft have caused more or less measurement error in the fi eld of power supply power consumption.And there are various ways of power theft.The economic losses caused by power theft are increasing year by year,and the economic losses are increasing and the power supply equipment is damaged due to power failure or theft.Sometimes,it will seriously affect the normal power supply and use order.By analyzing the common methods of stealing electricity,we usually consider the problem of the electric energy metering device by changing the structure of the electric energy metering device,and combine the anti stealing multifunctional electric energy meter with the external current transformer.Electric energy metering equipment,connecting wire and metering box and other auxiliary equipment can signifi cantly improve the comprehensive anti-theft ability of electric energy metering equipment.The author summarizes the structure principle of metering equipment and the simple method to prevent electricity stealing in practice.
