摘要
伴随着经济发展,在人类社会发展中,水污染问题变得越来越严重,水质问题引起人们的担忧。因此,在汽车涂装生产阶段中,前处理电泳工序的用水状况越来越差,需要采用相应的技术手段来对水质的安全状况进行测定,以便能够及时准确地了解水质状况,及时采取相应的对策进行保护与解决,从而为电泳工序提供良好的用水,进而满足电泳工序用水的需求,以此来促进我国汽车涂装生产的长久持续的发展。因此,本文以自动检测水质数据为目标,对相应的处理系统进行了设计和研究,以供参考。
With the development of economy and the development of human society,the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in the automobile coating production stage,the water condition of pre-treatment electrophoresis process is getting worse and worse,we need to use the corresponding technical means to determine the safety status of water quality,so as to timely and accurately understand the water quality status,and take the corresponding countermeasures to protect and solve,so as to provide good water for electrophoresis process,and then meet the water demand of electrophoresis process In order to promote the long-term and sustainable development of automobile coating production in China.Therefore,this paper takes the automatic detection of water quality data as the goal,and designs and studies the corresponding treatment system for reference.
