价值定位、内容规划与制度化驱动发展——写作杂志升级建设线上论坛综述

Value Orientation,Content Planning and Institutionalization-driven Development——Summing Up the Online Forum of Writing Magazine Upgrading and Construction

2020年10月30日,为汲取办刊成功经验,推进杂志升级转型,武汉大学文学院邀请全国期刊界和学术界的专家学者汇聚“云端”,共商《写作》杂志升级建设对策。参会专家从杂志自身定位、杂志内容设计、制度与队伍建设几个方面,为《写作》的未来发展指明了方向:针对杂志自身定位,在向其他期刊学习的同时,《写作》杂志应找到自身的准确定位,避免同质化,凸显独特性;针对杂志内容设计,杂志应从紧跟热点及敏感话题、合理设置栏目、把握篇目质量三个层面出发,形成杂志的特有文风;针对制度与队伍建设,专家们指出完善的审校制度、组建职业化与学者化相结合的编辑队伍和邀请名家写作及发展年轻作者队伍至关重要。

On October 30,2020,in order to learn from the successful experience of running the magazine and promote the upgrading with transformation of the magazine,the School of Literature of Wuhan University invited experts and scholars from the periodicals-related circles and academia to gather online to discuss the upgrading and construction countermeasures of the magazine.The experts pointed out the direction for the future development of the magazine from its own positioning,content design,system and team construction:According to the magazine's own positioning,while learning from other journals,the magazine should find its own accurate positioning,avoid homogenization and highlight its uniqueness;For the content design of the magazine,the magazine should follow hot and sensitive topics closely,reasonably set up columns,grasp the quality of articles from three aspects,to form the unique style of the magazine;In view of the system and team building,experts point out that it is very important to perfect the review system,set up a professional and scholar editing team,invite famous writers to write and develop a team of young writers.
