精准护理对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发症和护理满意度的影响

Effect of precision nursing on postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:观察分析精准护理对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发症和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取上海市第十人民医院自2016年5月至2018年5月收治的130例腹腔镜胆囊切除老年患者(年龄≥60岁)作为观察对象。随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各65例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上增加精准护理,对比两组护理术后7 d内的并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:研究组并发症发生率为7.7%,明显低于对照组的21.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精准护理的应用有助于减少腹腔镜胆囊切除老年患者术后7 d内并发症的发生,从而有利于提高护理满意度,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of precision nursing on postoperative complications rate and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 130 patients(age≥60 years)with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Shanghai 10th People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into a study group(n=65)and a control group(n=65).The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group added precision nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared within 7 days after the nursing operation.Results:The postoperative complications rate in the study group was 7.7%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of precision nursing can help reduce the incidence of complications within 7 days after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients,which is conducive to improving nursing satisfaction scores.Precision nursing has a high promotion value.
