复方中药提取物对凌云乌鸡笼养综合征的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb PE on CageSyndrome of Lingyun Silky Fowl

为了研究复方中药提取物对凌云乌鸡后备母鸡笼养综合征的影响,试验选取同批次健康凌云乌鸡后备母鸡6000只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复组,每个重复组1000只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加复方中药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1),进行为期30 d的饲养试验,测定啄癖、呆板症、笼养强迫症发生率,分析复方中药提取物的应用效果。结果表明:试验组在啄癖、呆板症、笼养强迫症这3个笼养综合征上的表现明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明该复方中药提取物能显著降低凌云乌鸡的笼养综合征发生率。

In order to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on cage syndrome of Lingyun silky fowl.Six thousand healthy Lingyun silky fowl reserve hens in the same batch were randomly assigned into two groups,with three replicates per group,1000 reserve hens per replicate.The hens in the control group were provided with basic diet,while the basic diets with 300 mg·kg^(-1) Chinese herb PE were fed to the hens in the test group.The experiment lasted for 30 days,during which the carmibalism,machine disease and cage obsession were tested to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE.The results showed that carmibalism in chicken,machine disease and cage obsession of test group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Which demonstrated that adding the Chinese herb PE to the diets could greatly decrease the incidence rate of cage syndrome in Lingyun silky fowl.
