花生粕中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)测定的方法改进与不确定度评定 被引量:2

摘要 为了准确评价花生粕中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的含量并规范使用,采用高效液相色谱法对花生粕中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的含量进行测定,同时改进了样品的制备过程,对黄曲霉毒素B_(1)测量的不确定度进行分析评定,主要评定了样品称量、样液稀释和取用、重复性测定和标准溶液配制四个要素对于不确定度的贡献。结果表明:标准溶液配制对于试验结果的不确定度贡献最大。对各个不确定度的分量进行量化计算与合成,得出试验用花生粕的黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量为24.42 ng·g^(-1),其扩展不确定度为0.67 ng·g^(-1)(k=2)。 In order to accurately evaluate the content of aflatoxin B_(1)in peanut meal and standardize its use,high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of aflatoxin B_(1)in peanut meal.At the same time,the sample preparation process was improved.Uncertainty of the determination was analyzed and evaluated,the contribution of the four elements were mainly evaluated,including sample weighing,sample solution dilution&sample taken,repeatability determination and standard solution preparation.The results showed that the preparation of standard solutions contributed the most to the uncertainty of the determination results.The quantitative calculation and synthesis of the components for each uncertainty showed that the aflatoxin B_(1)content of the peanut meal used in the test was 24.42 ng·g^(-1),and its expanded uncertainty was 0.67 ng·g^(-1)(k=2).
