实现从开发优先到生态优先、绿色发展转变是长江大保护的总体要求。长江洲岛一般生态价值高、特色资源优势突出,在严格进行生态保护的基础上,必须贯彻落实乡村振兴的理念,从彰显生态价值的角度出发,重点突出休闲旅游、现代农业的发展,逐步提升对外交通联系,实现城镇紧凑发展和点状休闲旅游、健康养生等新经济的注入。
